Приоритеты развития социальных ресурсов малых КФХ в постпандемийный период PRIORITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL RESOURCES OF SMALL PEASANT FARM ECONOMIES IN THE POST-PANDEMIC PERIOD

В статье определяются приоритеты развития социоресурсного потенциала малых КФХ и предлагаются рекомендации по его совершенствованию в постпандемийный период. Обосновано, что социальный потенциал малых хозяйствующих субъектов, спроецированный на экзистенциальные основы существования человека, является базовым основанием для защитных социальных практик в периоды потрясений. Показано, что специфический социохозяйственный стиль малых КФХ обеспечивает надежность существования и возможность продолжения хозяйственной деятельности их владельцам в состоянии возросшей уязвимости. На основе анализа проблемных моментов образовательно-профессионального и ментального элементов социальных ресурсов малых форм хозяйствования разработаны рекомендации по их совершенствованию. Полученные выводы могут быть использованы для разработки направлений аграрной политики, способствующих укреплению социальной базы и восстановлению устойчивого функционирования малых КФХ. The article defines the priorities for the development of the social and resource potential of small peasant farm economies and offers recommendations for its improvement in the post-pandemic period. It is substantiated that the social potential of small business entities, projected onto the existential foundations of human existence, is the basis for protective social practices in troubled period. It is shown that the specific socio-economic style of small peasant farm economies ensures the reliability of existence and the possibility of continuing economic activity for their owners in a state of increased vulnerability. Based on the analysis of the problematic aspects of the educational, professional and mental elements of social resources of small forms of farming, recommendations were developed for their improvement. The findings can be used to develop agrarian policy directions that help strengthen the social base and restore the sustainable functioning of small peasant farm economies.
