ВНУТРЕННИЕ ФАКТОРЫ УЛУЧШЕНИЯ ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНЫХ НАВЫКОВ РАБОТНИКОВ СЕЛЬСКОГО ХОЗЯЙСТВА INTERNAL FACTORS FOR IMPROVING PROFESSIONAL SKILLS OF AGRICULTURAL WORKERS

В статье рассматриваются внутренние факторы, которые влияют на развитие профессиональных компетенций сотрудников, занятых в сельском хозяйстве по месту основной работы. Факторы представлены следующими группами: социально-демографические характеристики персонала (пол, возраст, образование, семейное положение), социальные (заинтересованность работника в профессиональном росте), мотивационные (мотивы, интересы работников). В процессе работы использовались данные федерального статистического наблюдения участия населения в непрерывном образовании, проведенного в 2020 году. В результате проведенного исследования сделан вывод о том, что анализ внутренних факторов совершенствования профессиональных компетенций сотрудников по месту их основной работы является одним из ведущих аспектов успешного регулирования жизнедеятельности трудового коллектива. The article discusses the internal factors that affect the development of professional competencies of agricultural employees. The factors are represented by the following groups: socio-demographic characteristics of the personnel (gender, age, education, and marital status), social (employee's interest in professional growth), motivational (motives, interests of employees). In the process of work, data from the federal statistical observation of the participation of the population in lifelong education, conducted in 2020, were used. It is resulted that the analysis of internal factors for improving the professional competencies of employees at their main place of work is one of the leading aspects of the successful regulation of the life of the workforce.
