РАЗВИТИЕ ЭКСПОРТА ПИЩЕВОЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТИ САРАТОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ EXPORT DEVELOPMENT OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY IN SARATOV REGION IN MODERN CONDITIONS

В статье осуществлен анализ соотношения показателей производства в пищевой промышленности и сельском хозяйстве Саратовской области за период с 2015 по 2020 гг. Проведена группировка регионов Приволжского федерального округа с учетом значений общего интегрального показателя за 2020 год. Осуществлена сравнительная характеристика групп регионов по объемам производства в сельском хозяйстве и пищевой промышленности, а также по показателям экспорта и импорта продовольственных товаров и сельхозсырья. Проведен анализ экспортного потенциала отраслей пищевой промышленности Саратовской области. Предложены пути поддержки пищевого производства региона с учетом адекватного соотношения между производством, внутренним потреблением и экспортом продовольствия на межрегиональные и международные рынки. The article analyzes the ratio of production indicators in the food industry and agriculture of the Saratov region for the period from 2015 to 2020. The regions of the Volga Federal District were grouped taking into account the values of the general integral indicator for 2020. Groups of regions in terms of production volumes in agriculture and the food industry, as well as in terms of exports and imports of food products and agricultural raw materials are characterized. An analysis of the export potential of the food industry in the Saratov region was carried out. The ways of supporting food production in the region are proposed, taking into account an adequate balance between production, domestic consumption and food exports to interregional and international markets.
