ФАКТОРЫ КАЧЕСТВА ЖИЗНИ СЕЛЬСКОГО НАСЕЛЕНИЯ FACTORS OF THE LIFE QUALITY OF THE RURAL POPULATION

Качество жизни рассматривается как сложный концепт, определяемый факторами доходов, экологического и социально-экономического состояния среды и ее субъективного восприятия, финансовой и физической доступности благ и потребности в них и др. По многим характеристикам жилья – его размеру, экологическому состоянию и др. – сельское население опережает или не уступает городскому. Показатели качества жизни в сельской местности, обеспечиваемые реализацией масштабных государственных проектов (газификации, водоснабжения и др.), растут быстрее, чем в городе. В то же время показатели текущего потребления сельских домохозяйств, особенно в сфере услуг, сближаются с городскими медленно или не сближаются вовсе из-за низкой финансовой и физической доступности. The life quality is considered as a complex concept determined by factors of income, ecological and socio-economic state of the environment and its subjective perception, financial and physical availability of goods and the need for them, etc. According to many characteristics of housing - its size, ecological condition and other factors, rural population is ahead of or not inferior to the urban population. The indicators of the quality of life in rural areas, ensured by the implementation of large-scale government projects (gasification, water supply, etc.), grow faster than in the city. At the same time, indicators of current consumption of rural households, especially in the service sector, converge slowly with urban households or do not converge at all due to low financial and physical accessibility.
