РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ДОСТИЖЕНИЯ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ ДОСТУПНОСТИ ПРОДОВОЛЬСТВИЯ REGIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ACHIEVING FOOD ECONOMIC ACCESSIBILITY

В статье представлено обоснование региональных диспропорций параметров уровня жизни населения, дан анализ современного состояния экономической доступности продовольствия в региональном разрезе. Отражен опыт зарубежных стран в области регионального планирования для решения назревших проблем пространственного развития, подчеркнута необходимость совершенствования межбюджетных взаимоотношений. The article presents the rationale for regional disproportions in the parameters of the standard of living of the population, and analyzes the current state of food economic accessibility in the regional context. The experience of foreign countries in the field of regional planning for solving urgent problems of spatial development is reflected, the need to improve interbudgetary relations is emphasized.
