Статья посвящена методологическим проблемам стратегического управления агропродовольственным комплексом России в условиях новых вызовов и угроз. Исследование агропродовольственного комплекса основывается на принципах межотраслевой аграрной экономики, предполагает изучение социальных, экономических, экологических и демографических аспектов его развития. В результате исследования обоснованы направления обеспечения конкурентной устойчивости агропродовольственного комплекса как многоотраслевой системы. На основе межотраслевого анализа выявлены цель и приоритеты структурной модернизации комплекса в системе факторов роста его конкурентоспособности. Доказана необходимость реализации государственной структурной политики в агропродовольственном комплексе страны для концентрации ресурсов на ключевых направлениях его развития и повышения конкурентоспособности. Дано теоретико-методологическое обоснование стратегических направлений развития институтов обеспечения продовольственной безопасности России и повышения конкурентоспособности национального агропродовольственного комплекса, разработаны социально-экономические механизмы их реализации. Выявлены тенденции и механизмы конкурентоспособного развития производственного потенциала агропродовольственного комплекса. Влияние динамики природного, гуманитарного и материального капитала на рост производства продовольствия рассматривалось на национальном, мегарегиональном, региональном уровнях. Доказана необходимость расширения масштабов успешных инноваций в сфере сельского хозяйства и более эффективного использования цифровых технологий, необходимых для поддержки преобразований агропродовольственного комплекса России в системе мировой экономики. Определены перспективы фундаментальных исследований развития агропродовольственного комплекса России. The article is devoted to the methodological problems of strategic management of the agri-food complex of Russia in the context of new challenges and threats. The study of the agri-food complex is based on the principles of an inter-sectoral agrarian economy, involves the study of social, economic, ecological and demographic aspects of its development. As a result of the study, the directions of ensuring the competitive stability of the agri-food complex as a diversified system have been substantiated. On the basis of inter-sectoral analysis, the purpose and priorities of the structural modernization of the complex in the system of factors for the growth of its competitiveness have been identified. The necessity of implementing the state structural policy in the agri-food complex of the country for the concentration of resources in key areas of its development and increasing competitiveness has been proved. The theoretical and methodological substantiation of the strategic directions of development of institutions for ensuring food security of Russia and increasing the competitiveness of the national agri-food complex is given; socio-economic mechanisms for their implementation are developed. The tendencies and mechanisms of competitive development of the production potential of the agri-food complex are revealed. The influence of the dynamics of natural, humanitarian and material capital on the growth of food production was considered at the national, mega-regional, regional levels. The necessity of expanding the scale of successful innovations in the field of agriculture and more effective use of digital technologies necessary to support the transformation of the Russian agri-food complex in the world economy has been proved. The prospects of fundamental research of the development of the agro-food complex of Russia are determined.
