ОСОБЕННОСТИ СОВРЕМЕННОГО ЭТАПА ИМПОРТОЗАМЕЩЕНИЯ В АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОМ КОМПЛЕКСЕ РОССИИ FEATURES OF THE MODERN STAGE OF IMPORT SUBSTITUTION IN THE AGRICULTURAL FOOD COMPLEX OF RUSSIA

События 2014 года стимулировали процессы импортозамещения на продовольственном рынке России. Реализуемые меры государственной поддержки обеспечили устойчивое развитие аграрного сектора, что позволило решить проблему продовольственной независимости страны. Новые тенденции развития мирового и российского продовольственных рынков, сформировавшиеся в последние годы, определяют необходимость корректировки импортозамещающей стратегии развития агропродовольственного комплекса и государственной политики в области обеспечения продовольственной безопасности России. В статье дана оценка результатам импортозамещения в агропродовольственном комплексе России. Проведены расчеты коэффициентов импортозамещения, импортного приоритета и несбалансированности торгового оборота по основным продуктам питания. Обоснована необходимость структурной модернизации агропродовольственного комплекса страны как стратегического направления импортозамещения. The events of 2014 stimulated the processes of import substitution in the food market of Russia. The implemented measures of state support ensured the sustainable development of the agricultural sector, which made it possible to solve the problem of food independence of the country. New trends in the development of the world and Russian food markets, which have formed in recent years, determine the need to adjust the import-substituting strategy for the development of the agri-food complex and state policy in the field of ensuring food security in Russia. The article provides an assessment of the results of import substitution in the agri-food complex of Russia. Calculations of the coefficients of import substitution, import priority and imbalance in trade turnover for basic food products have been carried out. The necessity of structural modernization of the country's agri-food complex as a strategic direction of import substitution has been substantiated.
