КОНКУРЕНТОСПОСОБНОСТЬ СЕЛЬСКИХ ТЕРРИТОРИЙ В УСЛОВИЯХ ГЛОБАЛЬНЫХ ВЫЗОВОВ И ОГРАНИЧЕНИЙ: ГЛОССАРИЙ ПО МАТЕРИАЛАМ АНГЛОЯЗЫЧНЫХ ПУБЛИКАЦИЙ	COMPETITIVENESS OF RURAL TERRITORIES IN CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL CHALLENGES AND LIMITATIONS: GLOSSARY ON MATERIALS OF ENGLISH-LANGUAGE PUBLICATIONS

При проведении исследования зарубежного опыта преобразования аграрного сектора большое значение имеет изучение терминов англоязычного происхождения. От этого во многом зависит правильность восприятия и понимания предмета, а богатый терминологический запас помогает достичь наибольшей точности при передаче его смысла. В связи с этим в статье поставлена задача формирования глоссария по проблеме конкурентоспособности сельских территорий в условиях глобальных вызовов и ограничений на основе материалов англоязычных публикаций. Автором рассматривается ключевой термин лексического поля проблемы-«конкурентоспособность», выделяется несколько подходов к пониманию его социально-экономической сущности, приводится классификация и раскрываются особенности формирования конкурентных преимуществ сельских территорий. Отмечается, что конкурентоспособность территории определяется не только наличием конкурентных преимуществ, но и способностью менеджмента обеспечить возможность их реализации в рамках управления территориальным развитием. Эпоха глобализации вызвала обострение конкуренции на мировом рынке, международная конкурентоспособность превратилась в одно из самых сложных явлений современной экономической жизни и стала за последнее десятилетие одной из важнейших проблем экономической науки и практики. В этом контексте в статье рассмотрены основные понятия, связанные с проблемой глобальной конкурентоспособности на основе анализа доклада о состоянии конкурентоспособности «Global Competitiveness Report 2016–2017», подготовленного под руководством главы Всемирного Экономического Форума Клауса Шваба — «глобальный индекс конкурентоспособности» (global competitiveness index), «рейтинг конкурентоспособности» (competitiveness rate), факторы повышения конкурентоспособности страны (determinants of competitiveness improving). Особый акцент делается на изучении проблематики зарубежных форумов Международных организаций, живо реагирующих на современные глобальные вызовы и ограничения, в частности Европейской ассоциации экономистов-аграрников. Показано, как тематика симпозиумов 2018 г. отражает широкий комплекс проблем, связанных с разработкой стратегий развития агропродовольственных систем и повышения конкурентоспособности сельских территорий.	When carrying out a study of foreign experience in transforming the agrarian sector, it is very important to study terms of English origin. This greatly influences on the correctness of perception and understanding of the subject, and a rich terminological stock helps to achieve the greatest accuracy in the translation of its meaning. In this regard, the article sets the task of creating a glossary on the problem of the competitiveness of rural areas in the face of global challenges and constraints based on the materials of English-language publications. The author considers the key term "competitiveness", several approaches to understanding its socio-economic essence are singled out, classification is given and features of formation of competitive advantages of rural territories are revealed. It is noted that the competitiveness of the territory is determined not only by competitive advantages, but also by the ability of management to ensure the possibility of their implementation within the framework of territorial development management. The era of globalization has caused an intensification of competition in the world market, international competitiveness became one of the most complex phenomena of modern economic life and one of the most important problems of economic science and practice. In this context, the article examines the basic concepts related to the problem of global competitiveness based on the analysis of the report on the state of competitiveness “Global Competitiveness Report 2016-2017”, prepared under the leadership of the head of the World Economic Forum Klaus Schwab - "Global Competitiveness Index", "Competitiveness Rate", factors of increasing the country's competitiveness (determinants of competitiveness improving). A great attention is paid to study of the problems of foreign forums of international organizations that are lively responding to contemporary global challenges and constraints, in particular the European Association of Agricultural Economists. It is shown how the theme of the symposiums of 2018 reflects a wide range of problems related to the development of strategies for the development of agro-food systems and improving the competitiveness of rural areas.
