В статье на основе исследования процесса формирования агропродовольственного рынка России дается оценка состояния институциональной структуры с точки зрения создания условий для их эффективного развития в условиях возрастающих финансовых рисков. Обоснованы методы управления рисками на фоне усложнения рыночных структур и замедления темпов экономического роста как следствия мирового финансового кризиса. Выполнен анализ сложившейся в России системы агрострахования. Обоснованы направления совершенствования этой системы с использованием основных положений теории управления рисками и опыта развитых стран мира. Evolving from the research of the process of formation of the Russian agro-food market the author assesses the state of the institutional structure from the viewpoint of creating conditions for their efficient development under the conditions of increasing financial risks, grounds the risk management methods in the background of complication of the market structures and slowing down of the economic growth as a result of the world financial crisis, analyzes the existing Russian system of agricultural insurance and grounds the directions of improvement of this system with the use of basic provisions of the risk management theory and experiences gained by developed countries.
