В статье освещается содержание докладов на пленарном заседании Второго Российского экономического конгресса, прошедшего 18-22 февраля 2013 года в г. Суздале Владимирской области. Один доклад был посвящен выбору модели посткризисного развития российской экономики, второй - проектированию реформ, теории трансформации собственности, теории особого переходного периода. На Конгрессе обсуждался широкий спектр проблем – от предмета и метода политической экономии до математических методов и вопросов конкретной экономической политики. Важной стороной содержания докладов стали анализ кризиса общей экономической теории и обрисовка содержания отдельных сторон политэкономии будущего.	The paper highlights the contents of the reports delivered at the plenary meeting of the Second Russian Economic Congress, held February 18-22, 2013 in Suzdal, Vladimir Oblast. One of the reports focused on the choice of the model of post-crisis development of the Russian economy, the other – on the design of the reforms, the theory of transformation of property and the theory of special transition. The Congress addressed a wide range of issues – from the subject and method of political economy to mathematical methods and issues of specific economic policy. An important aspect of the content of the reports is the analysis of the crisis of the general economic theory and the depiction of the content of some individual aspects of the political economy of the future.
