На основе анализа демографической ситуации и определения региональной специфики демографического развития сформулирована стратегия решения демографических проблем региона. В ней определена система целей, задач и приоритетов в сфере государственного регулирования демографических процессов, а также этапов их реализации.	The analysis of a demographic situation and definition of regional specificity of demographic development have allowed to formulate long-term strategy of the decision of demographic problems of region. Strategy contains system of the purposes, tasks and priorities in sphere of state regulation of demographic processes, and also stages of their realization.
