СТРУКТУРНАЯ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИЯ КАК СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИЙ ВЕКТОР РАЗВИТИЯ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА РОССИИ STRUCTURAL MODERNIZATION AS A STRATEGIC VECTOR FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIA'S AGRI-FOOD COMPLEX

Статья посвящена исследованию факторов, оказывающих влияние на структурные изменения в цепочках добавленной стоимости агропродовольственной системы России. Выявлены основные движущие силы, формирующие изменения продовольственных систем, к которым относятся: ускоренное развитие науки, техники и технологий, внедрение их достижений в производство, изменение потребительских привычек. Обоснованы стратегические приоритеты развития агропродовольственного комплекса, способы их реализации с учетом национальных целей развития, возможностей полного использования его конкурентного потенциала. Обосновывается материально-финансовая сбалансированность как важный фактор устойчивого развития АПК в динамично изменяющихся экономических условиях. The article investigates the factors influencing structural changes in the value chains of Russia's agri-food system. The main driving forces shaping changes in food systems are identified, including: accelerated development of science, technology, and innovation; the adoption of these advancements into production; and shifts in consumer habits. Strategic priorities for the development of the agri-food complex are substantiated, along with methods for their implementation, taking into account national development goals and the opportunities for fully leveraging its competitive potential. Material and financial balance is justified as an important factor for the sustainable development of the agri-food sector in dynamically changing economic conditions.
