В статье проведен анализ современного состояния мирового рынка овощей и фруктов. Рассмотрены сложившиеся тенденции и новые тренды его устойчивого развития, а также изучены прогнозные данные по продуктам и сегментам плодоовощной продукции. Обозначены страны, занимающие лидирующие позиции на глобальном рынке овощей и фруктов. Дана оценка позиции Республики Беларусь на рынке плодоовощной продукции, выявлены тенденции функционирования рынка плодов и овощей, определяющие устойчивость его развития. Исследован сводный баланс товарных ресурсов плодов и овощей, проанализированы показатели импортозависимости Беларуси по отдельным видам продуктов, обоснован комплекс внутренних и внешних факторов, способствующих росту объема производства плодоовощной продукции. The article analyzes the current state of the global fruit and vegetable market, examining established trends and emerging developments in its sustainable growth. It explores forecast data for various product categories and segments within the fruit and vegetable sector, while identifying leading countries in the global marketplace. The study evaluates the position of the Republic of Belarus in the fruit and vegetable market, revealing key trends that influence its sustainable development. A comprehensive analysis of the commodity balance for fruits and vegetables is presented, along with an assessment of Belarus' import dependency for specific product types. The research substantiates a set of internal and external factors contributing to increased production volumes in the fruit and vegetable sector.
