ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПРИОРИТЕТЫ РАЗВИТИЯ АГРОПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОГО КОМПЛЕКСА РОССИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ СТРУКТУРНОЙ МОДЕРНИЗАЦИИ TRENDS AND PRIORITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN AGRO-FOOD COMPLEX IN THE CONTEXT OF STRUCTURAL MODERNIZATION

Проанализировано влияние глобальных и национальных трендов структурных изменений на параметры развития агропродовольственного комплекса России. Исследованы тенденции изменения параметров экономической устойчивости и особенности структурной адаптации комплекса к условиям действия дестабилизирующих факторов и ограничений, оказывающих влияние на перспективы его развития. Сформулированы приоритеты структурной модернизации агропродовольственного комплекса и определены меры государственного регулирования, позволяющие реализовать его конкурентные преимущества и обеспечить экономическую устойчивость и сбалансированность развития в новых условиях. The influence of global and national trends of structural changes on the development parameters of the agro-food complex of Russia is analyzed. The trends in changes in the parameters of economic sustainability and the features of the structural adaptation of the complex to the conditions of destabilizing factors and restrictions that affect the prospects for its development are studied. The priorities of structural modernization of the agro-food complex are formulated and measures of state regulation are determined that allow realizing its competitive advantages and ensuring economic sustainability and balanced development in the new conditions.
