Переработка кожевенного сырья, наряду с сельским хозяйством и деревообработкой, относится к стратегическим отраслям национальной экономики Беларуси. В условиях роста спроса на кожевенное сырье и изделия из натуральной кожи анализ и оценка факторов, формирующих сырьевую базу организаций кожевенной промышленности Беларуси в средне- и долгосрочной перспективе, является необходимым условием устойчивого развития данной отрасли. Проведенные исследования показали высокую зависимость развития кожевенной промышленности от действия ценовых и неценовых детерминант, формирующих сырьевую базу отрасли, что позволило выявить резервы роста сырьевой базы и разработать предложения по организации устойчивого сырьевого обеспечения организаций кожевенной промышленности Республики необходимым сырьем в условиях сокращения поголовья животных во всех типах сельскохозяйственных предприятий. Processing of leather raw materials, along with agriculture and woodworking, belongs to the strategic sectors of the national economy of Belarus. In the context of growing demand for leather raw materials and genuine leather products, the analysis and assessment of the factors forming the raw material base of the companies of the Belarusian leather industry in the medium and long term is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of this industry. The conducted studies have shown a high dependence of the development of the leather industry on the action of price and non-price determinants that form the raw material base of the industry, which made it possible to identify reserves for the growth of the raw material base and develop proposals for the organization of sustainable raw material supply of the companies of the leather industry of the Republic of Belarus with necessary raw materials in conditions of a reduction in the number of animals in all types of agricultural enterprises.
