Процессы цифровизации и социоресурсные возможности малых крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств Digitalization processes and socioresource opportunities of small peasant households

В статье анализируются процессы, сопровождающие внедрение цифровых технологий в жизнь малых фермеров. Выявлены риски реализации государственной цифровой стратегии и причины диспропорций процесса цифровизации аграрного сектора, связанные с его многоукладностью и социальной спецификой. Особый акцент сделан на характеристике социоресурсных возможностей представителей малых К(Ф)Х в использовании цифровых достижений. Сделаны выводы о том, что основной доступной цифровой нишей для малых фермеров являются Интернет-технологии; а основными барьерами на пути цифровизации выступают: низкий социоресурсный потенциал, слабость экономических стимулов и невысокая мотивация к внедрению инноваций. The article analyzes the processes accompanying the introduction of digital technologies into the lives of small farmers. The risks of implementing the state digital strategy and the causes of imbalances in the process of digitalization of the agricultural sector, associated with its diversity and social specifics, have been identified. Particular emphasis is placed on the characteristics of the socio-resource capabilities of representatives of small peasant households in the use of digital achievements. It was concluded that the main accessible digital niche for small farmers is Internet technologies; and the main barriers to digitalization are: low socio-resource potential, weak economic incentives and low motivation to introduce innovations.
