ТЕНДЕНЦИИ И ПРИОРИТЕТЫ РАЗВИТИЯ МОЛОЧНОПРОДУКТОВОГО ПОДКОМПЛЕКСА РОССИИ В УСЛОВИЯХ ДЕЙСТВИЯ ВНЕШНИХ ДЕСТАБИЛИЗИРУЮЩИХ ФАКТОРОВ TRENDS AND PRIORITIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN DAIRY PRODUCT SUBCOMPLEX UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF EXTERNAL DESTABILIZING FACTORS

Проанализировано влияние глобальных и национальных трендов структурных изменений в агропродовольственной сфере на параметры развития молочнопродуктового подкомплекса России. Исследованы тенденции изменения параметров экономической устойчивости и особенности структурной адаптации подкомплекса к условиям действия дестабилизирующих факторов и ограничений, оказывающих влияние на перспективы его развития. Сформулированы приоритеты структурной модернизации молочнопродуктового подкомплекса и определены меры государственного регулирования, в т.ч. антикризисной направленности, позволяющие реализовать его конкурентные преимущества и обеспечить экономическую устойчивость и сбалансированность развития в новых условиях. The influence of global and national trends of structural changes in the agri-food sector on the development parameters of the Russian dairy product subcomplex is analyzed. Trends in changes in the parameters of economic stability and features of the structural adaptation of the subcomplex to the conditions of destabilizing factors and restrictions that influence the prospects for its development have been studied. The priorities for the structural modernization of the dairy product subcomplex have been formulated and measures of state regulation have been determined, incl. anti-crisis orientation, making it possible to realize its competitive advantages and ensure economic sustainability and balanced development in the new conditions.
