ПИЩЕВАЯ ПРОМЫШЛЕННОСТЬ САРАТОВСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ: ТЕНДЕНЦИИ РАЗВИТИЯ В УСЛОВИЯХ НЕОПРЕДЕЛЕННОСТИ FOOD INDUSTRY OF THE SARATOV REGION: DEVELOPMENT TRENDS UNDER UNCERTAINTY

Современные условия политической нестабильности диктуют необходимость дифференцированного подхода к разработке стратегии развития пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности для каждого региона РФ. В рамках данного исследования проведен сравнительный анализ состояния и перспектив развития пищевой промышленности субъектов РФ, входящих в состав Приволжского федерального округа по ряду показателей, в частности, по объемам производства в пищевой промышленности, экспорту и импорту продовольствия и сельхозсырья. Уточнено влияние уровня жизни населения на тенденции развития пищевой отрасли регионов. Осуществлено ранжирование регионов ПФО и определено среди них место Саратовской области по уровню социально-экономического развития субъекта, а также состоянию и тенденциям функционирования местной пищевой промышленности. Обоснованы наиболее перспективные пути развития пищевой промышленности Саратовской области с учетом выявленных тенденций.

 Modern conditions of political instability dictate the need for a differentiated approach to the development of a strategy for the development of the food and processing industry for each region of the Russian Federation. Within the framework of this study, a comparative analysis of the state and prospects for the development of the food industry of the subjects of the Russian Federation that are part of the Volga Federal District was carried out in terms of a number of indicators, in particular, in terms of production in the food industry, exports and imports of food and agricultural raw materials. The influence of the standard of living of the population on the development trends of the food industry in the regions has been clarified. The regions of the Volga Federal District were ranked and the place of the Saratov region among them was determined in terms of the level of socio-economic development of the subject, as well as the state and trends in the functioning of the local food industry. The most promising ways of development of the food industry in the Saratov region are substantiated, taking into account the identified trends.
