В Республике Беларусь развитию сельского хозяйства придается первостепенное значение, и по количественным показателям в стране решена проблема продовольственной безопасности. Однако для обеспечения долгосрочного устойчивого развития агропродовольственного комплекса Беларуси требуется существенно повысить эффективность хозяйственной деятельности и конкурентоспособность сельскохозяйственного производства. В статье представлено комплексное исследование современного состояния мясного подкомплекса Беларуси с учетом территориального размещения поголовья скота и птицы. Выявлены тенденции и факторы развития мясного подкомлекса в разрезе его основных сегментов с учетом региональных особенностей. In the Republic of Belarus, the agricultural development of paramount importance, and the problem of food security has been solved in the country in terms of quantitative indicators. However, to ensure the long-term sustainable development of the agro-food complex in Belarus, it is necessary to significantly increase the economic activity efficiency and the competitiveness of agricultural production. The article presents a comprehensive study of the current state of the meat sub-complex in Belarus, taking into account the territorial distribution of livestock and poultry. The tendencies and factors of the development of the meat sub-complex in the context of its main segments are revealed, taking into account regional characteristics.
